Where will the seams be?

Reviewed with you on a digital slab layout before fabrication. We hide them at sink cutouts or corners whenever the slab allows.

Can I keep my floors?

Often yes. We can weave new boards into existing hardwood and refinish the whole floor for a seamless result.

How long are counters down?

Ten to fourteen days between template and install. We set a temporary work surface so the sink comes back fast.

Do you install owner-supplied tile?

Yes, with a 12% overage on hand. We can't warranty a material defect in tile we didn't source.

Layout decided before anything is cut.

Seam placement, vein direction, where a cut tile lands at the door. We settle all of it on paper and slab photos, so nothing surprising shows up on install day.

Yard visit with your designer, digital slab layout, transition detailing and sealing on natural stone.

Yard selection

We meet you at the distributor and tag the actual slabs going in your house.

Digital templating

Laser template after cabinets are set, with seam and overhang review.

Slab layout

Vein-matched layout approved by you before the saw touches stone.

Tile setting

Flat-floor prep, uncoupling membrane, grout joints laid out to land clean.

Flooring

Hardwood, engineered or LVP run continuous with correct transitions.

Seal & maintain

Natural stone sealed and a written care sheet left on the counter.
