How long without a kitchen?

Three to six weeks on site for most projects. You get the dated schedule before demo starts and an update every evening.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Structural, electrical and plumbing permits are pulled and inspected under our license, included in the bid.

Can I supply my own appliances?

Absolutely. Send the model numbers during design so we build the openings to spec.

What if the bid changes?

It only changes if you change the scope or we open a wall and find real rot. Both get a written change order before work continues.

From demo day to the last drawer bumper.

We plan around how you cook: where the trash goes, how far the coffee is from the mugs, whether two people can pass behind the island. Then we build it once, correctly.

Included at no extra cost

3D elevations, appliance spec sheets, dust containment, daily cleanup and a workmanship warranty in writing.

Layout & design

Measured drawings, elevations and two revision rounds before a single order is placed.

Demo & structural

Wall removal, headers, framing corrections and permit coordination with the city.

Mechanical rough-in

Electrical, plumbing and venting moved to the new plan by licensed trades.

Cabinetry install

Boxes set and scribed level, doors adjusted after the house settles into the season.

Stone & backsplash

Laser template, slab layout approved by you, seams placed where you will not see them.

Finish & punch

Appliance hookups, lighting trim, paint touch-up and a five-day punch-list close.
