One crew, start to finish
Design, cabinetry and install are all payroll. No subcontractor pointing at another subcontractor.02
Fixed bid, written scope
The number after the site visit is the number on the invoice, unless you change the scope in writing.03
The schedule is public
You get a dated calendar before demo and a text every evening about what happened and what's next.04
Punch list before payday
Final payment is due after the last item closes, not before. It keeps everyone honest.
