• Website and security information. Our hosting and security systems may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and visit times to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.
• Measurement information. When measurement is enabled under the choices described in this policy, analytics and advertising tools collect information such as pages viewed, referring sources, general location, browser or device details, cookie identifiers, and actions such as submitting an inquiry or clicking a phone link.

Please avoid including sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or medical details, in an inquiry.

We use information to respond to questions, prepare estimates, arrange consultations, communicate about your project, and keep inquiry records. We also use it to operate and secure the website, address technical issues, meet legal obligations, and protect our business and customers.

When measurement is enabled, we use website activity to understand which pages are useful and which advertising brings inquiries. Submitting an inquiry allows us to follow up about your request; you can submit it with website measurement turned off.

We disclose information to the people and providers involved in handling your inquiry and operating our business, including website hosting, security, website administration, and business messaging providers. Their access is related to the services they provide. Google receives measurement information when the relevant tools are enabled, as explained below.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal requests, prevent fraud or harm, protect rights, or manage a business transfer subject to appropriate privacy protections.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not enable personalized advertising or remarketing audiences on this website. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly than an exchange for money. You can turn off optional analytics and advertising measurement through Privacy choices.

Essential browser storage helps the website work and remember your privacy choices. Our privacy preference is stored in your browser for up to 12 months after you save it. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser or device may require you to choose again.

• Analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand site visits and interactions using cookies and similar technology when analytics is enabled.
• Advertising measurement. Google Ads conversion measurement helps us understand whether an ad led to an inquiry or another action when advertising measurement is enabled. It may use cookie identifiers, ad click information, and event details. For eligible ad visits, a Google forwarding number may replace our displayed phone number to route your call and measure call duration. Calls lasting at least 60 seconds may count as conversions.

Our website uses the country estimate provided by Cloudflare, our website delivery and security provider, to apply these defaults. Measurement starts automatically for U.S. visitors unless a saved choice or recognized browser privacy signal turns it off. For visitors elsewhere, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, measurement stays off unless they enable it through Privacy choices. We do not display an automatic cookie popup; the controls remain available in the footer on every page. If the country check fails, measurement stays off until you allow it. This check does not create a measurement cookie or store a separate location history.

While the relevant measurement category is enabled, we keep the first and most recent identified visit source in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. When you submit an inquiry, permitted source details, such as the campaign, matched advertising keyword, and landing page, are saved with it and included in our internal inquiry notifications. We do not store raw advertising click identifiers in the inquiry record. If measurement is off or the source cannot be identified, it is marked as unknown.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools and enable Google's restricted data processing setting for advertising measurement. Our measurement events do not include the name, phone number, email address, or project message you enter in a form. We do not enable Google Signals, enhanced conversions using your contact details, or advertising personalization.

When permitted tools run, your browser sends technical information to Google, including its IP address. Google may process information across websites that use its services under its own policies. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites and apps.

Use Privacy choices or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the footer to turn off all measurement or manage analytics and advertising measurement separately. We continue to honor your saved choices, including choices made before this policy update. Turning measurement off does not prevent you from using our inquiry forms.

When your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we keep both optional categories off for that browser, even if you previously allowed them. These choices apply to this browser and device.

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Turning off a category stops future optional measurement for that category; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact us to request help with that information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, managing customer relationships, meeting legal or recordkeeping requirements, resolving disputes, and maintaining security. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our website is hosted in the United States, and service providers may process information in the countries where they operate.
