Busy Bee Remodeling

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective September 12, 2026

Busy Bee Kitchen & Bath Remodeling(“Busy Bee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates busybeeremodeling.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and related remodeling inquiries.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement stay off until you choose to allow them. You can change your choice at any time. You can request an estimate without accepting optional tracking.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Our short inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, and project type. Other inquiry or consultation forms may also ask for your email, project details, or preferred appointment time. We receive any additional information you choose to share when you contact us.
  • Website and security information. Our hosting and security systems may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and visit times to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.
  • Optional measurement information. With your permission, analytics and advertising tools collect information such as pages viewed, referring sources, general location, browser or device details, cookie identifiers, and actions such as submitting an inquiry or clicking a phone link.

Please avoid including sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or medical details, in an inquiry.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to questions, prepare estimates, arrange consultations, communicate about your project, and keep inquiry records. We also use it to operate and secure the website, address technical issues, meet legal obligations, and protect our business and customers.

When you allow optional measurement, we use website activity to understand which pages are useful and which advertising brings inquiries. Submitting an inquiry allows us to follow up about your request; it does not require you to accept optional website tracking.

3. When we share information

We disclose information to the people and providers involved in handling your inquiry and operating our business, including website hosting, security, website administration, and business messaging providers. Their access is related to the services they provide. Google receives measurement information when you permit the relevant tools, as explained below.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal requests, prevent fraud or harm, protect rights, or manage a business transfer subject to appropriate privacy protections.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not enable personalized advertising or remarketing audiences on this website. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly than an exchange for money. You can turn off optional analytics and advertising measurement through Privacy choices.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement

Essential browser storage helps the website work and remember your privacy choices. Our privacy preference is stored in your browser for up to 12 months after you save it. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser or device may require you to choose again.

  • Analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics helps us understand site visits and interactions using cookies and similar technology.
  • Advertising measurement. If you allow it, Google Ads conversion measurement helps us understand whether an ad led to an inquiry or another action. It may use cookie identifiers, ad click information, and event details.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools. Our measurement events do not include the name, phone number, email address, or project message you enter in a form. We do not enable Google Signals, enhanced conversions using your contact details, or advertising personalization.

When permitted tools run, your browser sends technical information to Google, including its IP address. Google may process information across websites that use its services under its own policies. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites and apps.

5. Your tracking choices

Use in the footer or on this page to allow or reject analytics and advertising measurement separately. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using our inquiry forms.

When your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we keep both optional categories off for that browser, even if you previously allowed them. These choices apply to this browser and device.

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Turning off a category stops future optional measurement for that category; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact us to request help with that information.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, managing customer relationships, meeting legal or recordkeeping requirements, resolving disputes, and maintaining security. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our website is hosted in the United States, and service providers may process information in the countries where they operate.

7. Privacy requests and U.S. state rights

You may contact us to ask about the information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your state, the law that applies to our business, and any exceptions, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain uses or disclosures, or appeal a request decision.

Call (425) 699-1080 or email busybeeremodelingwa@gmail.com and say that you are making a privacy request. Please describe your request and give us enough information to locate your inquiry.

We may need to verify your identity before providing, changing, or deleting information. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits, and we may ask for proof of authorization. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why. To request an appeal where available, contact us through the same channel and identify the decision you want reviewed.

We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or other permitted reasons.

8. Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking remodeling services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request consent when required by applicable law.
